Reflections of Hope provides comprehensive opioid treatment programs specializing in the evidence-based treatment of opioid use disorder (OUD). The treatment of OUD is a comprehensive, individualized approach utilizing a combination of FDA-approved medications, medical services, and psychosocial services. It is the mission of Reflections of Hope to provide a respectful, therapeutic, and safe environment that will assist and encourage opioid-dependent individuals to stabilize their functioning so they are able to improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.

Believing that addiction is a disease, Reflections of Hope, LLP provides medical treatment for opioid addiction using the safe and proven effective medications methadone and buprenorphine along with individual and group counseling. Our patients are opioid-addicted individuals who are seeking treatment and attempting to change and/or improve their quality of life. We recognize the complexity of working with these addicted individuals and therefore provide care in the medical, psychological, sociological, economic, and spiritual areas of treatment. All treatment at Reflections of Hope will be conducted in an environment that promotes positive encouragement and the dignity of all.
We are committed to meeting the expectations of the staff, patients, and the community. We believe that Methadone and Buprenorphine Maintenance are valid medical treatments and are needed to assist opioid-addicted individuals. Treatment should be available to provide support, education, counseling, and resources when these individuals seek help.
We believe that Methadone and Buprenorphine treatment provide a service to the community by reducing crime, medical treatment and emergency room visits, and public assistance utilization. This treatment also reduces the spread of communicable diseases such as Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS by lowering and eliminating injection opioid use.

MEDICAL CARE
PSYCHOSOCIAL CARE
Upon admission, each patient undergoes a full medical history review and physical examination, including bloodwork and urinalysis. Patients are provided the opportunity for annual physicals and bloodwork as part of their treatment. Patients also have regular access to a physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, and/or licensed practical nurse for ongoing medical concerns, stabilization, and improved health throughout the course of treatment.
Upon admission, each patient has a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment in order to determine individualized treatment options. Additionally, individual and group substance use counseling is provided as a critical component of lasting recovery from mental health and substance use disorders. The amount and type of counseling depend on the individual's diagnosis(es), history, and needs that influence their individualized and unique plan of comprehensive care.
MEDICATION
Individuals with Opioid Use Disorder may benefit from an FDA-approved medication for their substance use disorder as one part of their unique plan of comprehensive care. Reflections of Hope is licensed to dispense all approved medications for Opioid Use Disorder. These medications include Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Suboxone, combined with a patient's comprehensive treatment services.
